Târgu Neamț-the first stable bulibaş caddărar in Țărgu Neamț, the creator of the Tăbăcari Humulești neighborhood in the 55/60s-first photo -Dumitru (Demeter) and Anuka Kopoț. After his death in 1983, the bulibaş was taken over by his youngest son Ghiță Copoț-second photo - Ghiță Copoț has been a bulibaş caddărar for 39 years!
