ANCIENT ROMAN STORIES

The activity consisted of carrying out an on-the-job training program for 5 people of Roma ethnicity who have a job in the cultural-creative sectors.
The purpose of this activity was to to acquaint the 5 specialists in the cultural and artistic field with the activity of PP2 National Athenaeum in Iași, whose activity is closely associated with cultural sciences and culture, in general, education and art.

The internship program took place as follows:

• Day 1: The participants of the internship program benefited from the visit and presentation of all the locations of the activity within the National Athenaeum of Iași,
• Day 2: Presentation of the management process within the Athenaeum, the way of organization and operation at its level
• Day 3 and day 4: Presentation and analysis of the projects that the National Athenaeum of Iași has carried out so far, as well as those in the implementation stage
• Day 5: Presentation of immovable cultural heritage and its administration.

Also, the last day was dedicated to awarding participation diplomas and completing feedback questionnaires regarding the internship program.
