Actions:
Recruitment, selection and appointment of the project team
Developing work tools (communication plan, activity quality assurance plan, risk management plan, procurement plan) and ensuring their compliance
Preparation of procurement files and carrying out procedures ensuring compliance with the project budget
Preparation of pre-financing, payment and reimbursement requests
Conducting periodic meetings of the project team through which the achievement of the expected results, the achievement of the project objectives and compliance with the schedule of activities will be monitored
Monitoring and reporting technical and financial progress
