Actions:

• Office research on the evolution and formation of the Roma ethnic group
• Field research on the defining aspects of Roma cultural identity - Development of a methodology based on which interviews will be carried out in the Roma communities of Neamț County with Roma people from the community, who are active or have made a name for themselves in fields such as music, dance , theater, cinematography; photos from the community, photos of the interviewees, audio/video recorded interviews
• The presentation of the results of the research in a book, made in Romanian and English, a book that emphasizes: the positive, unique, particular aspects of the Roma, through which they became famous and recognized; stories of successful Roma; elements of uniqueness that can change mindsets and facilitate better integration and social inclusion
• Creating a distribution plan for the book and a strategy to promote it.

Deliverable activity: 1 x Publication on the formation and evolution of the Roma ethnicity (office research) and the local Roma cultural identity (field research) elaborated and illustrated

Actions:

• Holding a working meeting between PP (Historian, Sociologist, Specialist-Roma art) and Pp2 (Screenwriter, Director) to discuss the defining elements of the Roma ethnicity observed in the research carried out, which must be included and highlighted through the artistic production that will be created
• The production of a theater performance based on the defining elements extracted from the research on the formation and evolution of the Roma ethnic group and their local cultural identity
• Elaboration of the script (literary and directorial), creation of the sets, representation techniques for each sequence, finalization of the distribution, rehearsals of theatrical representation, rehearsals, production (editing and sound work), post-synchronization of dialogues
• The interpretation of the play in 10 theatrical performances by 40 spectators each (coming from marginalized localities mentioned in the CF), of which 20 are Roma, at the PP location.

Deliverable activity: 1 x Innovative theater art production created and developed. Verification sources: Scenario; Directorial design; List of characters; Choreography; Decorations; Suits; Didaclias; Synopsis; Activity report of the experts involved.
